About

NikkiNikki is a Boulder County resident with a Bachelor of Arts degree in European History from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Denver Seminary.

As a graduate student, she interned for Denver-based Colorado M.O.V.E.S, a private agency that supports both victims and abusers in overcoming domestic violence. To promote and improve victim advocacy laws and services in Colorado, she met several times with the state’s Domestic Violence Offender Management Board.

Nikki also interned at the First Presbyterian Counseling Center in Boulder. She counseled a variety of individuals in this important ministry that provided low or no cost counseling.

Recently, she contracted with the Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence in Boulder as a Family Advocate to provide crisis counseling and advocacy for women and their children.
